pre-order filling time
Production time for each item is 5-7 working days and may be various to changes depending on style or workload. under special circumstances we may require more time to produce the item(s), you will be notified by email. we ask our customers to be patient and understand the time it takes to perfect the pieces. if you have any special time frames, please contact us at sales@garapet.com before placing an order.
payment
Payment can be made by using all major credit and debit cards. all credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. handling fees (such as money transfer fees) must be paid by the customer.
tax and duties
If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the united states, please note that your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. we recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order.

Approximate time for delivery 10-20 days depending on the final destination. for more details please contact us. if you wish to use special courier service as dhl, fedex, ups, etc., please contact us before placing an order at sales@garapet.com. this option will be charged as extra.
